I love the game but can you please change the chat back to what it was because i liked it better please do it!! Can you also make an event where town hall 7 people can get pekkas in clan castles?

I had been playing this game religiously and was buying gems to catch up to a friend, who had been playing it for a while, but then it happened. There was an update, and lost access to my account and all the gems that I purchased. I followed their instructions to recover my account, and even contacted them, but no response. I made sure to leave them my email so that we could work towards a solution but Ive heard nothing from them. Their syncing mechanisms to Game Center and Facebook were dysfunctional.
I used to play this game in two years and 4-5 hours per day. It was a very nice game. But everything is changed. I just have it in my phone and not playing, because I cant attack. The enemies are too strong for my level and this game is now a cheap game. It needs something to change it. It needs to be Clash of Clans again...
Ive been playing this game for a couple years now and have spent some good money on it. Im losing interest because upgrades take so long and gems are too expensive. I know its just a game but Im blown away at how stupid most troops are. Tell me why troops will just stand there taking damaging shots from defence while wasting time attacking something that cant even hurt them? Wars a waste of time as well. You can crush a base to 95% and still only get 1 star because your troops were too stupid to take out the town hall while walking by it to get to a useless air defence structure?? It goes on people. Dont waste your time and money like I did on this cash grab of a game. It drags on to the point of boredom because things take so long to improve. Upgrades are also VERY expensive! Walls are ridiculous and heroes take way too long to upgrade. Cant really join a war without your heroes so thats another reason to get bored of the game. Most upgrades the game receives from supercell make it worse as well. Theyre not listening to the customers...many review will echo my experiences.
I have a game history on my iPad and I cannot use it or connect it to my new iPhone. I have played two years on that account my iPad !now I have to star all over again! Really disappointed!
Im on the verge of rage quitting! Been trying to collect enough dark elixir for a month but it keeps on dropping because I am constantly getting attacked. Upgrading takes absurd amounts of time at higher levels! Sick and tired of, free to play with in app purchases, apps! Id rather play a game and pay for it that you can actually finish. I wish games would trend away from "pay to win" type games!
